Shiki Fuujin - Master Forbidden Technique

Shiki Fuujin, a Fuuinjutsu or sealing technique, is the Fourth Hokage's original technique which he used in sealing the nine tailed demon fox or Kyuubi to Naruto's body.

The Third Hokage during the battle against Orochimaru, used this technique to stop Orochimaru who at that time, used his forbidden summon technique to summon the souls of the First and Second Hokage.

Being a Ninja Professor or Master of all techniques in Konoha Village, the Third Hokage was able to use this technique too although he is not the original creator of it. According to him, Orochimaru who mastered almost all the techniques of different villages is still ignorant about it.

This is a forbidden technique in the sense that the Fuujin user's soul will be sacrificed in the exchange of using this. The soul will be hand over to the Death God.



Those who have their souls sealed with this technique can never go to heaven, instead they will suffer inside the Death God's stomach. The souls of the sealer and the sealed one will intertwined in hate and forever locked in combat.



But in the case of the Third Hokage, sealing out the soul of Orochimaru is quiet impossible. Although he successfully sealed off the souls of the First and the Second Hokage but he has no enough strength left to seal off Orochimaru's soul.

But the Third Hokage has an alternative just to stop the ambition of Orochimaru, that is to destroy Konoha Village, the Third Hokage sealed off the techniques of Orochimaru. Orochimaru couldn't use his hands anymore and soon he will die.


After the sealing is complete the soul of the sealer will be consumed by the Death God too. This is the time when the sealer will die, just like what had happened to the Third Hokage.

Raikage too strong?

I think naruto was not fighting with his full force, but i dont think he is too overpowered, although he extremely fast and strong, all the kage are overpowered in atleast one area anyway. Like mei, basically almost killed sasuke with zero effort, and tsuchikage too, dude can lift an island (turtle), tsunade prevented pretty much everyone in konoha from dying with her slugs, ect. Reaikage is strong and fast, but i think naruto can still beat him, probably bee can too.

It seems to me that the Raikage is way overpowered. I get that he is a Kage and all, but Naruto defeated the nine-tails (with help), and has mastered sage mode better than anyone in history. All this, but Naruto got knocked 50 feet by Raikage. While Naruto was in biju mode. I mean, come on!

Yeah, if the Raikage is fast enough to keep up with Nine tails Naruto then shouldn't he have been able to kill Sasuke before could do anything? unless Naruto and B have just ran 100 kilometres already and Naruto is only at 1% power then yes... Raikage could keep up, on a side note Naruto should punch raikage in the face until his eyes swell closed for insulting his dad who died protecting the leaf village after his mother was killed.... PS. Naruto should take the resk of Raikage's arm for insulting him... but then again weak minded people don't understand revenge.

Personally I like the variety in the Kages powers. They're all astonishingly strong, but that's probably one of the reasons they were chosen as leaders. Tsunade is probaly the weakest, but being a Kage is much more than just power, so Tsunade is as skilled as every one else.

(BTW: Here in Mangafox the latest chapter is not so well translated, since in most of the manga websites it turns out to be easier to understand this chapter with the general translation) Despite this, it was a surprise to me seeing Raikage keeping up with Naruto in Kyuubi Mode. I don't think it's fair. Yeah, Raikage is supposed to be lightning fast but to say that after the Fourth's death he became the fastest shinobi alive, that just means that Naruto still has a long way to go to catch up with Minato (from what we saw in Naruto's speed comparing to Raikage's), and I personally thought that, perhaps with other training to fully controll the Kyuubi's powers Naruto would surpass everyone that came before him. Tsunade was amazed that Naruto could keep up with Raikage, but considering that Raikage is fast due to pure talent and training, Naruto still is weaker..

Naruto & Sasuke never killed anyone... coincidence?

Is it just a coincidence, or is Kishi planning every of Naruto and Sasuke's fights so that they don't have to kill their opponents? And by killing, i mean finishing off, because Naruto and Sasuke both defeated many of their foes, but never actually killed them.

yeah, Sasuke did kill one or two samurais at the Kage Summit, but you know what I mean, he didn't kill any of the important characters. And I know that Karin and Danzo would have died by Sasuke's fault anyways, but Kishi is making it so that Sasuke doesn't finish them off. Karin gets saved by Sakura (btw, where is she now...?) and Danzo does like Deidara and kills himself thinking it's gonna get Sasuke too

Abilaties question

1st
Naruto would greatly benefit from more variety in wind techniques, the guy has more chakra than almost anyone else and none of his trainer thought of making him a Ninjutsu specialist? With his affinity and chakra levels he would have been a beast at mid and close range. I doubt he will ever tap into that potential.

Sasuke, I don't have the slightest idea on what kind of jutsu his EMS may grant him, maybe laser beams? like shooting Kirin from his eyes...

Nah i don't think. You know Naruto is kinda character who doesn't need KG, Rin'negan, Sharingan etc. nor he need any wind type jutsus.

Umm naruto is shinobi who does max. out of his 3 jutsus and excells in those areas. Surely as @unknown0 said, it would benefit him, it would add new dimension, but he is not that kind of a character.
If he becomes Hokage, he would be the only Hokage with one Affinity...kinda lame, but master rank in jutsus. Like some martial arts...in chinese kempo there is many styls, yet apprentices, masters, practices only one and they made themselves master class in only one art.

For Sasuke i would say...yep he will get new power...Maybe ninjutsu, maybe genjutsu...i bet it will be powerful.

Well i personally believe naruto has to be versatile in ninjutsu. It's not always about how powerful you make jutsu. For example most of sasuke's chidori technique's do not create craters but his variety in them has helped him alot. I mean instead of having an overpowered chidori, he has chidori nagashi, senbon which are what helped him alot in his fight against deidera and itachi and also it opens up the chance to learn different fighting styles to fight different types of opponents. Ninja's like danzo or deidera are bad match ups against someone like naruto because their fighting styles do not compliment his so i think it would be very beneficial to naruto to learn different types of ninjutsu and not always focus on strengthening his rasengan.

is madara going to regret giving sasuke itachis eyes?

Madara was discussing with Zetsu about linking him with Gedo Mazo. He also mentioned how difficult Sasuke was to control. I think Madara planned a contingency around Sasuke's betrayal. Madara could've easily placed a seal on Itachi's eyes similar to the Hyuuga branch family seal in order to keep him in line. Sasuke would have no way of knowing seeing as his damn eyes were sitting on the operating table at the time. Madara could've sabotaged those eyes in any number of ways. IMHO Madara's a fckng moron if he didn't, knowing what a disloyal bastard Sasuke is.

It was most probably his plan to have sasuke acquire the EMS. i'm sure its not coincidence that knowing sasuke's eyes will get weaker, madara kept urging him and plunging him into battle all the time and showed no hesitation to sasuke wanting itachi's eyes/ Since madara has never shown his EMS my guess is that he doesnt have one and wants sasuke to acquire it so he can transplant an actual EMS to his eyes.
